Abs and Butt Attack

Abs and Butt Attack (ALL LEVELS): This popular class targets two key areas; the Abs and Butt. With 30 minutes of aerobic cardio, building a routine from all the basic aerobics moves. Followed by a series of abdominal and buttock exercises using weights. This is then followed by a stretch, making it the ultimate x-trainer.

What to wear and bring?
Shoes: Flat comfortable shoes (eg. Runners or Jazz shoes)
Clothes: Comfortable sports wear / Gym wear
Bring: Towel, Water
