Abs and Butt Attack
This popular class targets two key areas; the Abs and Butt. With 30 minutes of aerobic cardio, building a routine from all the basic aerobics moves. Followed by a series of abdominal and buttock exercises using weights. This is then followed by a stretch, making it the ultimate cross-trainer.
