If you have any injuries, medical issues, or disabilities, or are pregnant,
Broadway Gym advises that you should consult your health professional prior to
undertaking any class. Please also inform your Group Fitness instructor. For
your safety it is important that you attend the warm-up & cool-down phase of all
classes.
Lockers are available. Please bring a towel and water bottle for your own
comfort. For hygiene and safety reasons please bring your own gloves to boxing
classes. Glove inserts must be worn and are available for purchase at reception.
All Broadway Gym's Group Fitness instructors are professionally trained,
qualified and insured.
