Freestyle Attack

This class offers the same health benefits as traditional aerobic exercise, except at a more relaxed and non-programmed pace. It engages your large muscle groups and helps strengthen heart and lung capacity. It lasts approximately 60 minutes and may include the use of resistance equipment such as barbells, aerobic steps or small weights. It combines short dance combinations with strength work for the whole body and core and stretching to improve flexibility.
