Classes

Broadway gym offers its members numerous aerobics classes to get you fit and healthy and keep you that way. Our instructors will get you where you need to go with several different times available to train in groups throughout the week.

There’s ‘Ab and Butt Attack’ to target those shall we say ‘difficult areas’. Something to wake you up and get your day started.

Perhaps you might like ‘Power Spin’ – 45 minutes of fast paced cycling to get your heart rate up, condition and tone your legs and glutes and make you feel fantastic.

You can get rid of all you aggression in the boxing class - 45 minutes or one and a half hours of cathartic fun.

The current classes we offer are: abs & butt attack, boot camp, boxing, cardio blast, dance, dance core circuit, power spin, pilates, pilates apparatus, pump and tone, step attack and yoga.

We are always adding new and innovative aerobic classes to our timetable so be sure to join and come down for a class or two with us.
