Pilates (ALL LEVELS): This highly efficient method of body conditioning focuses on developing a fitter, leaner and supple body. Increasing strength, stability, mobility, flexibility, coordination, focus, balance and alignment whilst relieving stress and energizing you. This unique class will focus on core stability, alignment and form.

What to wear and bring?
Shoes: Flat comfortable shoes (eg. Runners or Jazz shoes), socks
Clothes: Comfortable sports wear / Gym wear
Bring: Towel, Water, Yoga Mat (optional)
