Spin (ALL LEVELS): This group indoor cycling class is designed for all
fitness levels. It involves various cycling drills that offer an exhilarating
cardiovascular workout consisting of varying speeds, resistance levels and
intensities targeted at raising your heart rate and toning your lower body. If
you are pressed for time, this is the perfect class for you as it runs for an
intense 45 minutes!
What to wear and bring?
Shoes: Flat comfortable shoes (eg. Runners or Jazz shoes)
Clothes: Comfortable sports wear / Gym wear
Bring: Towel, Water, Gel seat cover (optional)
