therapists, doctors, exercise specialists and obstetricians. The program draws
inspiration from the latest research, exercise trends and valuable feedback from
over 12,000 participating pregnant women.
Uniquely based on the mediBall and supporting the pelvic floor, stabilising the pelvis and significantly lowering the impact on the spine.
Fulfills the ACOG guidelines for safe and effective exercise during pregnancy.
Regular controlled cardiovascular exercise combined with resistance training and pregnancy specific core stabilisation.
Incorporates functional training and helps prevent excessive weight gain in pregnancy.
