29 Minute Workout

Developed from the ORIGINAL Colorado Experiment!

Broadway Gym has created a 29 minute workout structure which is simple to follow and highly effective. This workout strategy has been developed by examining the original Colorado Experiment by the Department of Physical Education of the Colorado State University in 1973 and modified to fall in line with our own research, which spans over 30 years.

Some centres put a few machines in a row and call it a 30 minute workout, but we have actually put a lot of scientific thinking and methodology to work to develop the best routines, which will tone and condition your body using our custom made equipment (as you workout you can actually feel the difference between our equipment and the machines used in other gyms).

Using this system our personal trainers can tailor your routine to your exact needs and it won't be a "generic" workout.

This is ideal for people who are busy and have limited time to train, or everyone else who would like some more free time in their lives.

Utilising a combination of the 29 minute workout and our unique Body Audit Monitor technology we will be able to accurately measure your progress from baseline figures. We don't "guess" about how your body is changing, we measure it conclusively. Are you toning lean tissue and losing fat and that's why your weight is static? What is your percentage lean muscle mass and body fat? How much water are you holding? We can answer these questions in minutes and we can show you measurable progress which no one else can.
