Launch of ‘Fight Club’ world kick boxing champion Grant “bomber” Barker will conduct an interactive workshop. ‘Fight Club’ teaches people to train like boxers and learn to box. This isn’t boxercise. ‘Fight Club’ teaches people how to box and how to get conditioned like a boxer, (without getting punched in the face). Participants will learn combinations, defense techniques and train as though they are preparing for a match.

Seminar 1 “Eat Your Fat Away”. John
Terilli worked with doctors at St. Luke Roosevelt Hospital’s obesity clinic
for women conducting double blind trials on patients. He has since continued his
own painstaking research into fat loss, (he now conducts experiments on himself,
his family and some of his staff). No-one need to be tortured to lose their fat
permanently. John will discuss his simple techniques to keep the kilos off
permanently and easily.
There will be lunch provided.
There is a list at the front counter for people to reserve their spot. The cost
is $10 for 1 person, $5 each for 2 people and free for groups of three or more.
2.30pm
The registration and weigh in for our 8 week fitness challenge. Participants will be BAMmed, weighed, photographed and measured. The race is on to see who will be the winner this time. Who will shape up the best this time round?
3.30pm
Seminar 2. ‘Bodyshaping and Bodybuilding.’ If you have wondered how bodybuilders
get that “shrink-wrapped’ look John will tell you the secrets he used as a
professional bodybuilder. These secrets help him win two Mr. Universe titles
which places him in the same league as Bill Pearl and Arnold Schwarzenegger.
Afternoon tea provided.

Party starts – food, alcohol, exotic male dancer, music and fun.
