I
started meditating at the age of 12 ,daily yoga practice at 20 and started
teaching when I was 22. I have now been teaching yoga for 18 years.
I studied with teachers from Australia and India including
Pattabhi Jois and have done classes with
BKS
Iyengar - the two leading teachers in India.
Yoga is an internal thing, it doesn't mater what you do, its the way you do
it. Catering for all levels in the one class, I adjust the class to suit the
level your body is capable of. There is a strong emphasis on breath and
alignment of body in the classes.
I teach aerobic classes to members of Broadway Gym.
