have been teaching at Broadway Gym for some time now and I absolutely LOVE
IT! I teach ‘Power Spin’ and ‘Pump and Tone’ several times a week.
Exercising has taught me to step outside my comfort zone and in doing so, achieve results. Come and try a class whilst you fulfil your physical potential.
I also teach Pilates and am a Master Personal trainer (love to train hard – I originally trained as a weightlifter).
I love technique and getting results FAST.
I teach aerobic classes to members of Broadway Gym.
