have been in the fitness industry for 8 years. My life is fitness, I am a
High School PDHPE teacher, a sports coach and I work at the gym. My
experience ranges from Group Exercise, Personal Training, Bootcamp, Military
Training (ADF), Sports Coaching and Education. I love training, as long as
its kept fun!
My Training Philosophy
“I train to eat!” The harder you train the more flexible your diet can be! I feel I connect with my clients because I understand how hard it is to find that right balance between the 3 F’s! To me fitness is an ongoing endeavour. It’s all about moderation and finding the right balance! No-one should have to miss out on anything! Just make sure you train harder or have less?
I believe that exercise and healthy nutrition are what keeps us young! I am focused on providing my clients with everything necessary for their ultimate training pleasure, whilst helping them reach their goals. Personal training is a great way to forget the demands of everyday life, spend some time looking after yourself and find that motivation to work harder than you thought you could!. However, I know you CAN!
