BROADWAY GYM’S CLASSES
Broadway Gym offers its members numerous aerobics classes to get you fit and healthy and keep you that way. Our instructors will get you where you need to go with several different times available to train in groups throughout the week. You can target those ‘difficult areas’ in our Ab and Butt Attack class – or get rid of all your aggression in our boxing class. We are always adding new and innovative aerobic classes to our timetable so be sure to join and come down and try out a class.
If you have any injuries, medical issues, or disabilities, or are pregnant, Broadway Gym advises that you should consult your health professional prior to undertaking any class. Please also inform your Group Fitness instructor. For your safety it is important that you attend the warm-up and cool-down phase of all classes. Lockers are available. Please bring a towel and water bottle for your own comfort. For hygiene and safety reasons please bring your own gloves to boxing classes. Glove inserts must be worn. All of Broadway Gym’s Group Fitness instructors are professionally trained, qualified and insured.
